• The seal is broken, or packaging is tampered with.

• The product is damaged after delivery by the customer.

Once the box is opened or any material is used, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do this to maintain hygiene and product quality for all our customers.

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive and verify the product.
